We don’t offer warranty service on any items, other than the OVEO Pen (exclusions apply). If you feel like your item was not fit for use, or you have deemed the product faulty, please contact our customer service team immediately, either by phone or email and they can advise on the next steps.
If you receive a faulty, incorrect, or unfit-for-purpose product, please do not dispose of the product. If the product is disposed of, Fox Group International will not be able to refund or replace the product. Please contact our customer service team immediately and they can advise on the next steps of your return.
